DSP's 5 Favorite Setting Powders - for under $15!

When it comes to finishing off my makeup, setting my foundation is one thing I never skip.  Even the worst foundations can be made tolerable if you have a decent translucent powder to go over top!  Here are some of my favorites that can be found at almost any drugstore - their quality is so high, and the prices so low, you won't believe it!  A quick overview:

Airspun Loose Powder in Translucent
imageWhere you'll find it:  Walmart, Kmart, some drugstores for about $6.99
DSP's thoughts:  Love the soft finish and vintage packaging!  It makes you feel like an old hollywood star.

Hard Candy Welcome Matte Pressed Powder:

DSP's thoughts: It controls even the worst oily skin and you get a lot for your money!

Revlon Photoready Pressed Powder in Translucent:
imageWhere you'll find it:  Everywhere for about $10.00
DSP's thoughts:  I love that it's portable, will last you a long time, and how gives you an airbrushed look.

Physicians Formula Mineral Matte Finishing Veil:

DSP's thougths:  It will last you forever, the packaging is convenient (built-in brush!), the minerals are good for even sensitive skin - keeping you matte and giving you a glow all at once.

Elf High Definition Loose Powder:

DSP's thoughts:  This powder has luxurious feeling comparable to high end brands, and it makes your skin look radiant (not sparkly!)  Plus it lasts all day.
